What Courses Should I take before my Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT) Exam?

You should have taken Red Hat Linux Essentials (RHA030) and Red Hat System Administration (RHA130)

Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT) is a performance-based test that measures actual competence on live systems. RHCT is the first step in establishing Linux credentials and is an ideal certification for those transitioning from non-UNIX/Linux environments.

Becoming a Red Hat Certified Technician requires passing a three-hour hands-on exam.

What Courses Should I take before my Red Hat Certified Engineer(RHCE) Exam?

You should have taken Red Hat Linux Essentials (RHA030), Red Hat System Administration (RHA130) and Red Hat Linux Networking and Security Administration (RHA 230 and 250)

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a performance-based test that measures actual competency on live systems. Called the "crown jewel of Linux certifications," RHCE proves an individual's ability to configure networking services and security on servers running a Red Hat OS.

Becoming a Red Hat Certified Engineer requires passing a five-and-a-half-hour hands-on exam.

Where is the training held?

At our training centre in Aldgate, East London Our instructors are certified and Industry experienced and offer hands on training in well equipped training suites. Wireless internet access is available on site. All courses have Class sizes of 10 or less and a meal is included in the course fee.

What happens on the courses?

Each course has 8 - 12 workbooks and each workbook contains a variety of lessons. Live-system lab tests are taken at the end of every workbook providing both student and teacher with a definitive measurement of the student's competency before proceeding to the next workbook. Final exams measure overall curriculum knowledge and understanding. As each course is designed for demonstrating competency throughout the instruction, students are provided the best Linux education and preparation possible.
